ETA Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Jalapeño cucumber infused Haku Japanese vodka
- 3/4oz lime
- 1 oz ETA simply syrup
- 1/4 oz Chartruese
Combine all ingredients in shaker, add ice, and shake. Strain into Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with a splash of soda and stir. Garnish with jalapeño and or cucumber slice.
ETA simple syrup:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup ETA hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon of lime zest
Add all ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil, let cool.
